Rules Statistics

In Matrix system there is a link for ‘Infosparks’ under the External Links section on the home screen. This software allows you to set various criteria and pull statistics. The Matrix system does not specialize in statistics, but when you have a results list of properties you can click on the ‘Stats’ button at the bottom of the page. This will give you some basic statistics on the properties or search criteria you have entered in. If you visit the NorthstarMLS website there are some external resources for statistics that you can use, but these are not included in NorthstarMLS core services and would have to be purchased. Those can be accessed here: https://www.northstarmls.com/additional-tools-services/. Lastly, your local association gathers statistics and they may also be a good resource for you.
