Rules Statistics 2018

During the 2nd quarter of 2018, NorthstarMLS sent 5,841 correction notices.  While this is a 40% increase over Q1, we typically see more notices as the number of listing entered on NorthstarMLS increases in spring market.  Just under 50% of the notices were requests to update a pending listing that is past the closing date.  Over 98% of all notices involved either no fine or a fine that was waived.
