Canceled Listings

What to know about canceled listings.

1. Broker must cancel the contract to cancel the listing.
2. Broker must do a new contract to re-list as a new listing.
3. Canceled listings can re-list in an Active status immediately.
4. Canceled listings cannot go into the Coming Soon status within 90 days of cancelation from the MLS.

NOTE: Exceptions to Coming Soon and Expired listing include being listed at a new brokerage or new property owners.
